The Great Sun Tathagata said, "Or rather... after swallowing the first [Yearly Official], the Great Sun was already half-mad... no one could stop Him from fulfilling His wish."

"But...the Great Sun [Yearly Duty] ultimately failed?"

Fang Qing affirmed, "If he had succeeded, he would probably be the supreme ruler of heaven and earth by now, ruling for hundreds of millions of years... That's right, yin and yang are in balance, water and fire complement each other... The sun, moon, metal, and fire are ultimately not a match."

The Great Sun Tathagata said, "I suspect that if it had swallowed a Water element [in charge of the year] instead of a Metal element [in charge of the year], it might have already become..."

"Truly, it's all about timing and fate; no wonder the Great Sun values ​​the virtue of water so highly..."

Fang Qing felt somewhat ashamed. This person was truly planning ten steps ahead for every step they took. The Taiyin one might even be planning a realm beyond [Yearly Duty]. Therefore, they were determined to prevent the birth of the Water Virtue [Yearly Duty]!

The Great Sun Purple Qi and the Taiyin Azure Knowledge were already the pinnacle of all knowledge. After the Great Sun [Yearly] attained enlightenment and perished, the world gained the 'Primordial Genius,' who reached the extreme of the ninth rank. The 'Primordial Genius' is all-encompassing and can transform into anything. Even within the three virtues of water, wood, and earth, it still moves freely..."

Fang Qing couldn't help but feel a little guilty when this was mentioned.

But in his ears came the Buddhist voice of the Great Sun Tathagata: "That one attained enlightenment and perished, leaving behind many treasures in the world, such as the 'Primordial Heaven' he personally created! For example, the remains of the one who transcended the [Year] realm fell into the secret realm and became the secret 'Great Transformation Origin'. I obtained his legacy, and thus leaped to the [Star Sun] realm and achieved the Golden Core..."

"To seek the Golden Elixir in the Purple Mansion, one needs to seek the Golden Method; once the Golden Elixir is perfected to the [Yearly Duty] level, there are also profound immortal techniques."

The Great Sun Tathagata said: "This immortal technique, I call 'Subtraction to Seek Emptiness.' You are most similar to me; you will become the next Great Sun Tathagata, while I will prove existence from nothingness, embarking on the path of 'Dedication of the Year' with an immortal technique entirely different from the Great Sun. If I fail, I will naturally contemplate emptiness, achieving Nirvana without a trace."

Fang Qing was somewhat dazed.

All the doubts since the time travel seem to have been answered.

But he still felt a little uneasy.

The Dao gives birth to pearls.
